Kilbrew Boy has the chance to double up in the Sky Sports Racing Handicap Chase at Fakenham after his first win over fences earlier this month.
His only other win over the smaller obstacles was also Fakenham, and he now returns off the back of his first triumph where he stayed on gamely over 2 and a half miles.
From the outset, chasing has clearly been his long-term game and now he has acquired some invaluable experience over hurdles.
Kilbrew Boy should be able to overcome the 5lb extra weight, and this lightly-raced horse should have much more to give.
